History of National Sticker Day

National Sticker Day was established in 2015 by StickerGiant, a promotional sticker and product label company based in Longmont, Colorado. The date, January 13, was chosen to honor R. Stanton Avery, born on that day in 1907, who is credited with creating the first self-adhesive label with removable backing.
