World Spine Day resonates deeply with me, both for its global message and my personal experiences. Over time, I’ve come to understand that while seeking professional advice is essential, the onus of maintaining our spinal health largely falls on our shoulders. For me, this isn’t just another health awareness day on the calendar. I’ve had my share of spinal issues, and I can’t pinpoint whether it’s due to a sedentary lifestyle or perhaps excessive physical exercises during my teenage years. But now, I have to pay attention. If you ever experience persistent or intense back pain, I can’t stress enough the importance of seeing a doctor to understand the root cause. Once you have clarity, it’s imperative to take action. I’d recommend a particular set of simple exercises that can be easily incorporated into regular workouts – It’s literally a lifesaver for me
